5ENSES ships domestic via Royal Mail and International orders via DHL & UPS.

All new orders are processed between 1-2 working days and shipped next working day.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 1-3 business days from the date of the purchase, unless there has been a valid reason for the delay.

Next day UK delivery  is available. If the item is purchased before 12pm, it will be delivered within the following day.
USA orders will arrive within 2-4 days from dispatch.

USA Next Day delivery- will arrive 1-2 days from dispatch.
Europe orders will arrive within 2-4 days from dispatch.
International orders will arrive within 4-7 days from dispatch.
Please note during sale periods orders can take up to 6 days to be processed.

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.
Due to custom fees being out of our control we are not liable for any custom clearance fees.
